Jr. High Confirmation Update

Some years ago, St. Martin of Tours received special permission to offer preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation at the junior high level. Since that time, the Council of Priests of the Archdiocese has reaffirmed that preparation for Confirmation should ordinarily begin during the high school years. As a result, our Junior High Confirmation Program has been suspended.
We anticipate beginning a high school Confirmation program during the 2027–2028 year. More details and registration information will be shared as we approach that time.
In the meantime, we encourage our students to continue growing in faith by:
• Attending Sunday Mass regularly
• Participating in parish and school liturgies
• Serving at Mass as altar servers or ushers
• Practicing prayer and Christian service at home and in the community
The years leading up to Confirmation are an important time of spiritual growth and formation. We are grateful for your partnership in helping your children deepen their relationship with Christ and remain connected to the life of the Church.
